What cFront do for Hays

We provide support, updates and feature requests for a desktop application Hays use to transmit EDIFACT invoices to and receive EDIFACT purchase orders from clients.

The application imports invoice data files in Excel format, translates these into EDIFACT data, validates them, populates them with any required data not in the original files, and transmits them over a VAN to the client.

There is also a plugin to allow Hays staff to manually enter invoices, if necessary.

Incoming purchase orders are converted from EDIFACT into a format readable by Hays.

Technology

The application is a native Windows desktop application, written in Delphi.
